The Theory Test is split into two halves:

• Multiple choice questions

• Hazard Perception interactive Video clips

Multiple Choice Questions

You have 57 minutes to answer 50 multiple choice questions and you need to answer 43 correctly to pass this part.

Hazard Perception

This consists of 14 interactive video clips which feature everyday road scenes and contain at least one developing hazard but one clip has two. You get points for spotting the developing hazard as soon as they start, with a maximum of 5 down to zero if to late.

You need to get 44 out of a possible 75 to pass this section.
